The new models deliver high current bidirectional port protection that meets IEC 61000-4-5 8/20 ?s current surge requirements and are RoHS* compliant. Designated 高倍轮盘? Models PTVS6-058C-TH and PTVS6-076C-TH, this new series of power TVS diodes provide enhanced temperature performance for greater system stability and increased reliability. Designed using advanced silicon technology, 高倍轮盘' new devices offer lower clamping voltage under surge compared to Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) technology. In 高倍轮盘' testing, the new models have exhibited an excellent surge response versus temperature; the typical maximum surge current at 150 °C 75 % of their rated value at 25 °C.

Both 高倍轮盘? models provide very high surge current protection with a peak pulse current rating of 6 kA. The 高倍轮盘? Model PTVS6-058C-TH features a 58 V standoff voltage and the 高倍轮盘? model PTVS6-076C-TH has a 76 V standoff voltage.
